When and where are games played?
Games will be played at La Trobe in Wodonga. The competition starts on October 10th & 11th and will run for 8 weeks. Games are played on either Thursday or Friday evenings, depending on your age group. Depending on numbers, ages U8-U13 will play Thursday and U14-U16 will play on Friday evenings.
How do I register my team?
Click the "Sign Up" link on the home page to be directed to the GoSevens registration page.
My child doesn't have a team, can they register?
Yes, of course. If your child has previously played for a club, please mention this during the sign up process. We will do our best to place them in a team with their club or assign them a suitable team.
How are age groups pooled?
The age groups are organised to ensure fair and balanced competition. Teams are grouped based on their age catagory and then pooled to create an evenly matched group. We will do our best to facitlite this to make it as even as possible.
What is the sign up fee?
The fee is $100 per player.
What equipment is required?
All players must wear soccer boots and shin pads. Please contact your coach for uniform requirements.
How many players should be in each team?
We recommend having between 9 to 10 players per team. This allows for a balanced mix of players on the field, ensuring that everyone gets sufficient playing time while still providing enough flexibility for substitutions.
